Sony Interactive Entertainment (SEE) has released a special video "Nobuyuki Sakuma and Taiga Kishi: God of War Ragnarok! A document that will make your uncle cry" was released.

God of War" (released in 2018), in which Kratos and his son Atreus battle against powerful gods in the world of Norse mythology. The game's robust action, profound father-son story, and new battle system attracted a lot of attention and won many awards, including "Game of the Year" in the same year.

The controls are simple and the action is cool, so even though I am not good at action games, I was able to enjoy it. However, I couldn't stand the atmosphere at the game site because the bosses were so fierce and beat me up, so I was a bit sad at the end (laughs). Compared to the previous film, the trust between Kratos and Atreus seems to have increased. Children grow when their parents trust them, and I think they sometimes develop abilities that you can't imagine, so I felt it was a good relationship. I think that both those who have played the previous game and those who have not will enjoy the game, so I hope that you will fight against "Dreki," who I have a history with (laughs).

Compared to the previous game, I felt that the game has evolved a lot. The game is designed in a way that is kind to those who are not good at solving gimmicks as they progress through the game, with Atreus and Mimir providing good guidance as they progress through the story. Also, the immersion in the game is further enhanced by features unique to PS5, such as the beautiful visuals and the haptic feedback that vibrates when you attack with the axe.
