This year marks the 76th anniversary of the establishment of Takiya, a general discount store. The store is located in a landmark purple building and handles a variety of merchandise, including food, household goods, furniture, interior design, home appliances, and fashion.

The newly opened "TAKEYA1" is located on the 1st through 3rd floors and offers food products, sundries, cosmetics, kitchenware, and more. On the B1F and B2F, there is a supermarket, "Summit Store TAKEYA1 Okachimachi," and on the 4th floor, there is a 100 yen store, "Daiso Takiya Okachimachi," which also operates on the B1F and B2F.
