The story, characters, and screenshots have been released from "Yakuza Restoration! Pole" for PS5, PS4, Xbox, Windows, and Steam.

This title is a spin-off title of "Yakuza" released in 2014, "Yakuza Restoration! is now available in a "extreme" version with a variety of additional elements and evolved graphics. The game's storyline has now been revealed along with screenshots of the first half of the game.

The main character, Ryoma Sakamoto (Kazuma Kiryu), and other characters from the series, including the new "Yakuza0" and "Yakuza7," appear in the game as Bakumatsu-Shishi! The participation of Riki Takeuchi and other actors in the series is also noteworthy.



<Ryoma decides to go undercover, risking death.

Ryoma Sakamoto, a low-ranking samurai (goshi), was given special permission to train in swordsmanship in Edo (present-day Tokyo) in recognition of his swordsmanship.

After a year of training, Ryoma returned to his hometown of Tosa, where he saw "another side" of Tosa. He saw another side of Tosa, an unreasonable class society that had not changed at all since before Ryoma's birth.


Ryoma, who had learned about the outside world of Edo, stood alone against this unreasonableness with only one fist.
However, his resistance was in vain, and he was imprisoned as a felon.




Then, a man appears.
He is Toyo Yoshida, the most important person in the Tosa domain, the "councilor".


Toyo secretly supported children who had lost parents and siblings as victims of the class system, and Ryoma was one of the children Toyo had raised as if he were his own.
Thanks to Toyo's efforts, Ryoma managed to escape from prison.


Ryoma and his "brother" Takeichi, who had grown up together under Toyo, went to Kochi Castle to discuss future plans with Toyo. However, a masked man suddenly appears during the meeting and kills Toyo.

When the officials arrive on the scene, Ryoma is suspected of Toyo's murder and chases after the man, but he escapes by using a sword technique called "Tennen Rishin-ryu.




Ryoma escapes from the officials and leaves Tosa to pursue the masked man in order to avenge his former teacher.


Hiding his true identity, Ryoma goes into hiding in the city of Kyoto, where he learns from an informant that the masters of "Ten-nen Rishin-ryu" have gathered in a certain organization.
It was the Shinsengumi, the strongest group of manslaughterers feared as the Mibu wolves.


Ryoma decides to infiltrate the organization under the false name of "Hajime Saito," risking death in the process.
