It is an adventure fantasy.

Netflix December Anime] "Violet Evergarden: The Complete Collection", "Jojo" Stone Ocean Episode 25, "Appearance Supremacy" and other notable works are introduced!

The main key visual of the film, which features Tristan and his new fairy sidekick, Meliodas and Elizabeth, who face the looming threat, as well as Despius, who stands in their way, and other key characters who hold the key to the film, has been released.

The author of the original story, Mr. Suzuki Oh said, "Actually, I originally wanted to depict the legend of King Arthur as a story in my own way. I created "The Seven Deadly Sins" as a prequel to that story, so there was no choice but to do a prequel and not create the main story (the story after this work)," he said, revealing his passion for this work, which is the first chapter of the main story of the epic tale.

The Seven Deadly Sins" takes place in an ancient time when humans, demons, goddesses, fairies, and giants were all mixed together. The main character, Meliodas, fights against evil threats while searching for the "Seven Deadly Sins," his friends with whom he once fought, in order to restore peace to the great kingdom of Lyonesse.
Mr. Suzuki, who says that he wanted to depict the legend of King Arthur, carefully created "The Seven Deadly Sins" over a long period of time. The main story that is connected to the Seven Deadly Sins has finally begun, and the story of Tristan and his followers, which corresponds to the legend of King Arthur, will be told in this work and the following ones.

Mr. Suzuki reiterated his passion for the work, saying, "I have wanted to do fantasy works since I was a newcomer, and I started working on the serialization of "The Seven Deadly Sins" when I finally had the skills and the ability to draw. This work is an important story that fills the gap between the previous series and the "Four Knights of the Apocalypse" (currently being serialized)," he explained, noting that it is a work that fans of "Deadly Sins" should not miss. He also commented on the key visual, for which he supervised the illustration: "I wanted a cool visual anyway, so I was very particular about it. I am very satisfied with the finished product! He also praised the key visuals that he supervised.
He expressed his confidence in the key visuals, which he said are worthy of coloring Tristan's adventures.

The story of the film, which is directly related to "The Seven Deadly Sins," takes place 14 years after Meliodas and the others have restored peace to the world. In the key visual released today, Tristan, who has taken over the role of the main character, is shown as a strong man with a sword in his hand, facing threats in order to save his mother, Elizabeth, who is tormented by witchcraft. Tristan's back is taken care of by a new character, a fairy who will be Tristan's partner in crime. The next generation in the epic "Deadly Sins Saga" will be the ones to watch. In addition, Meliodas, who has been fighting on the front lines, is portrayed as concerned about his son's battle and Elizabeth's suffering.
Looking down on them as if mocking them is Despius, who was once a holy knight on the side of "protecting" the Kingdom of Lyonesse with Meliodas and others.
The eerie atmosphere created by the Edinburgh Castle where the battle takes place and the countless soldiers tells of the darkness in the heart of Despius, who harbors a grudge against non-human races due to the murder of his respected superior in the past by a demon tribe.

In addition to Ayumi Murase, who plays the main character Tristan, the "Deadly Sins" voice cast includes Hiroki Kaji as Meliodas, Ten Amamiya as Elizabeth, and Yohei Azaue as Despius, as well as a new character, Koki Uchiyama The cast is a splendid one that is sure to add color to the main storyline of this blockbuster production. This is a new story that no one has seen before, connecting "The Seven Deadly Sins" and "The Four Knights of the Apocalypse," which is currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine.
Tristan and his band of fairies head for Edinburgh to save their mother, and Despius awaits them. The wheels of destiny are now in motion, involving the Seven Deadly Sins.

Actually, I originally wanted to create my own version of the Arthurian legend. I created "The Seven Deadly Sins" as a prequel to the story of Tristan's father who plays an active role in King Arthur, so I had no choice but to do a prequel and not create the main story (the story after this work).
I wanted to do a fantasy work since I was a newcomer, and I started working on "The Seven Deadly Sins" when I finally had the skills to draw it, so it is the most memorable work for me.
This work is an important story that fills the gap between the previous series and "Four Knights of the Apocalypse," which is currently being serialized.
(About the main key visual) I wanted to have a cool visual, so I was very particular about it. I am very satisfied with the finished product!

<Introduction
A completely new animated film based on the popular comic "The Seven Deadly Sins", which has sold over 38 million copies in total. The completely new original story, drawn by the original author, Ao Suzuki, tells the story of Tristan, the son born to Meliodas, the main character of the "Seven Deadly Sins" series, and his wife, Elizabeth. Facing the "great power" inherited from his parents, he meets his friends, including the fairy tribe and the giant tribe, and challenges them to fight for his family. The story of the "Seven Deadly Sins" that no one has ever seen before is born here, connecting the "Seven Deadly Sins" and the "Four Knights of the Apocalypse" currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine".

Fourteen years have passed since the battle against the Demon Gods. Tristan, the prince of the Kingdom of Lyonesse, has regained his peace and is now in the midst of a battle with his father Meliodas, the leader of the "Seven Deadly Sins" as the "Dragon Sin," and his mother Elizabeth, the goddess of the "Seven Deadly Sins.
He was troubled by his inability to control his father Meliodas's magical power and his mother Elizabeth's goddess power, two powers that were too great for him to control. In the midst of this, the evil hand of Despius, who abandoned the kingdom and was once a member of the "Blue Heaven Six Star," a group of holy knights, closes in on Elizabeth. In order to save his mother from the curse, Tristan leaves the kingdom and travels to Edinburgh, where Despius has his castle. Tristan's own destiny is also greatly affected by the new fairy tribe he encounters. A new generation of stories involving the "Seven Deadly Sins" begins.
