A collaboration illustration poster of "Flame Firefighters" and the previous "Soul Eater" by Atsushi Okubo, the original author of the book, was unveiled!

A collaboration illustration poster of the TV anime "Flame Firefighters," which will begin airing in July 2019, and the previous work "Soul Eater" by Atsushi Okubo, the original author of the manga, have been released.

Flame Firefighters" is an anime work based on the manga of the same title by Atsushi Okubo, which is serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha). It depicts the activities of a special firefighting team who fight against the "human body ignition phenomenon," in which people suddenly burst into flames and become "Kaenbito," monsters of flames that do their utmost to destroy the human body.

The production staff includes Yuki Yase as director, Taketo Yashima as series composition, and Hideyuki Morioka as character design. The animation production will be handled by david production, which also produced "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" and "Hataraku Cell.

The work, which will start airing on July 5, 2019 (Friday) at 25:25 on the "Super Anime-ism" slot of the MBS/TBS network with 28 stations nationwide, will feature a poster featuring a collaboration illustration with the previous work "Soul Eater" by Atsushi Okubo, the original author of the series. The visual has been unveiled.

The visual depicts Shinra Kusakabe, the main character of "Flame Fire Brigade," and Maka Albarn, the main character of "Soul Eater," dressed in fireproof clothing and holding hands in a friendly manner.

The latest volume 17 of the "Fire Brigade" comic will be released on Wednesday, July 17, and volumes 1 and 2 of "Soul Eater Complete Edition" will be released simultaneously on Friday, July 12.
