Ramen restaurant "Tokyo Style Noodle Hotate Biyori" has been in business since December 11!

The ramen restaurant "Tokyo Style Noodle Hotate Biyori" is open for business from 12:00 on Sunday, December 11. The location is along Seibi Street, where the Akihabara Menya Musashi Takehito ramen store is located. It is located on Kiyomi-dori, next to "Soba-dokoro Tsutsumi.

Tokyo Style Noodle Hotate Biyori offers "noodles" made with "Haruyokoi" wheat from Hokkaido, "kelp water" made with Rausu kelp from Hokkaido and accented with dried sardines, and "scallop kelp water dipping noodles" made with carefully selected scallops from Sarufutsu Village in Hokkaido.

The restaurant offers four types of tsukemen (dipping noodles): "Scallop kelp water tsukemen [soy sauce]," "'Special' scallop kelp water tsukemen [soy sauce]," "scallop kelp water tsukemen [salt]," and "'Special' scallop kelp water tsukemen [salt]. In addition, "Scallop Salt Soba" will be available soon.

Rice with scallop and kelp tsukudani 350 yen

Toppings
Special toppings (1 pork chashu pork, 1 chicken chashu pork, 2 wontons, egg on kelp) 300 yen
Extra kelp egg and pickled bamboo shoots 100 yen each
Meat wontons (3) 250 yen
Extra pork chashu (2 pieces of pork chashu/ 3 pieces of chicken chashu) 350 yen
