Ayamu Soup Teahouse, a soup restaurant that values water and chicken, will open on Friday, June 28, from 11:30 a.m. The location is the former site of "Soup Curry Kamui," which relocated in May.

Ayam Soup Teahouse is a soup restaurant offering soup curry and Javanese chicken soup.
The restaurant offers special curry dishes such as "Bee Chicken Soup Curry Apex" (2,500 yen), which uses French techniques to create a special curry with the top bone meat of a tender and flavorful Jidori chicken and seasonal vegetables, and "Chicken Shank" (2,500 yen), which is made by sautéing Jidori chicken shank meat marinated in a special sauce overnight to seal in the flavor, then frying it crispily just before serving and soaking it in soup with a large amount of seasonal vegetables. In addition, the restaurant offers two types of curry soup: "Bee Chicken Soup Curry Crystal (2,500 yen)," which is filled with chicken and seasonal vegetables, and "Soto Ayam White Petit (1,200 yen)" and "Soto Ayam Red Melamera (1,500 yen)," which is a classic Indonesian food stall dish called "Soto Ayam (chicken soup with a lot of spices). Two types of Javanese chicken soup lunches will also be offered.

In addition, "Keema Curry (700 yen)" using domestic chicken, domestic rice, and colorful vegetables is available for lunch on weekdays only.
