The box office revenue of "Uta no Prince Sama: Maji LOVE Kingdom the Movie" surpassed 1.8 billion yen as of December 12, 2019.

Based on the popular video game software released in June 2010, the "Uta no Prince Sama! Maji LOVE" TV anime series ran for four seasons from 2011 to 2016. Uta no Prince Sama! Maji LOVE Kingdom the Movie," the first theater animation of the series, began screening at 126 theaters nationwide on June 14, 2019.
