The Akiba Research Institute's "Best Male Seiyu Award", which sums up the year, closed on January 12, 2023. The results are now available.

This is an annual project in which we take the liberty of deciding which male voice actor who played a major character in an anime broadcast in 2022 shone the brightest this year.

A total of 31 actors who ranked in the top 10 in each of the winter, spring, summer, and fall 2022 anime popularity polls have entered the contest. The top 10 cast members are as follows.
