A new entertainment of "Evangelion" will be performed on the stage as the opening performance of THEATER MILANO-Za.

The story depicts a devastated Earth and its survivors. The 14-year-old boys and girls aboard the "Evangelion" who have discovered the "trump card" for the rebirth of mankind and are pushing forward toward hope. However, Soushi Watamori (Masataka Kubota), a young man with a connection to the project, witnesses the opening of a new door to tragedy. In order to find out the truth, Soushi contacts Mizuho Yu (Shizuka Ishibashi), a woman in a special agency. An original story unfolds in a production that could only be staged on stage.

[Seiji Nozoe Profile]
Born July 2, 1975 in Okayama Prefecture. In 2017, he was nominated for the 21st Tsuruya Nanboku Drama Award for his play "Water for Doves"; in 2016, following in the footsteps of the late Yukio Ninagawa, he wrote and directed "Golden Symphony" (script and direction), a large crowd theater for 10,000 people featuring 1,600 elderly people, at Saitama Super Arena, and is active outside the theater company.
