Desperation-type revenge tale "Hajimete no Okoku" will be adapted into a TV anime! Starring Kaito Ishikawa and Azumi Wake! Key visuals and characters revealed!

A TV anime adaptation of the popular manga "Hazama no Okoku" has been decided. Key visuals, cast comments, characters, and celebratory illustrations have been released.

The original story is serialized by yoruhashi-sensei in "Monthly Comic Garden" and "MAGCOMI" by MAGG GARDEN. The story centers on Adonis, a boy whose beloved witch was killed, and Doroka, a girl held captive in a prisoner-of-war camp, in a science vs. magic revenge tale.

It has now been decided that the TV anime will begin broadcasting in 2023.

It stars Kaito Ishikawa as Adonis and Azumi Wake as Doroka. The animation will be directed by Keitaro Motonaga, director of "GetBackers" and "Date A Live," and produced by Yokohama Animation Lab.

Revenge is not the right thing to do. But as I read through the story, I felt that this choice might not be an option....
Doroka, the character I will be playing, is a very kind-hearted girl who cannot leave Adonis, the main character, alone as he plots his revenge against humans.
Since there are many dark scenes in the story, I played Doroka in a mischievous way so that her positive and cheerful side will make you smile!
