Spring Anime "Blade of Demon's Destruction" Sword Forge Village Arc, Theme Song by MAN WITH A MISSION x milet! ufotable proposes twin male and female vocalists [Presentation Video & Comments].

The theme song for the "Demon Slayer" swordsmith's village version, which will start airing in April 2023 on Fuji Television Network, has been decided. The video clip of the unveiling of the theme song and the background of the song decision have been released.

The anime "Demon Slayer" is based on the manga by Yoseharu Agatoge (published by Shueisha Jump Comics) and produced by ufotable. Tanjiro Kamado, whose family was killed by demons, joins the "Demon Slayer Squad" and fights to turn his sister Priestess back to human. In December 2021, the TV anime "Yuukaku-hen" was broadcast.

The TV anime "Demon Slayer" Sword Forge Village will start airing on Fuji TV stations nationwide in April 2023. The OP theme song has been decided.

The song is a collaboration between the rock band MAN WITH A MISSION and singer-songwriter milet, and is titled "Kizuna no kisekiwa. The artist photo was specially shot for the film.

＜How did this tag team come to be?
Tanjiro Kamado and Priestess Nezumiko are going to fight in an even tougher battle than before in "The Village of the Sword Forge". At the same time, Tokitoru Muichiro and Kanroji Mitsuri, who are the pillars of the village, are also engaged in missions and battles in the village with their own feelings in their hearts to confront the demons.

In order to express this nature of the work in the theme song, ufotable proposed to create a song for the swordsmith's village version with twin vocals, one male and one female, to deliver a song with greater affinity with the main story. In this process, MAN WITH A MISSION and milet had a connection.

After a series of exchanges, both artists worked hard to create the music for the film.
