The sequel to "Octopath Traveler," which sold 3 million copies worldwide, "Octopath Traveler II" for Nintendo Switch, Steam, PS4, and PS5 launches today with a commercial video and <Day of Release Art>.

Octopath Traveler II" is a completely new RPG in the "Octopath Traveler" series, which was released in 2018 and has shipped + downloaded more than 3 million copies worldwide, and its HD-2D graphics, a fusion of dots and 3DCG, have evolved further.

In a new land called "Solistia," the journey of eight new players begins in a new era.

The Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 versions of the game were released today, February 24, and a TV commercial began airing in the Tokyo and Osaka regions. The 15-second video is narrated by Eiichiro Suzuki.
(The Steam version will be released on February 25.)

In addition, a web commercial introducing the features of the game in live-action was also released. It introduces the game's unique "Field Command" actions, such as "Match," which allows players to battle freely with townspeople, "Steal," which allows players to obtain items from townspeople, and "Tame," which allows players to recruit townspeople into their ranks.
