Detective Conan: The Shadow of Black Iron" teams up with Spitz for the first time! Trailer video with the theme song and comments are released!

The theme song for the theatrical version of "Detective Conan: The Fish Shadow of Black Iron," which will be released on April 14 on a nationwide roadshow, has been decided. A new trailer was also released.

Last year's "Detective Conan: Bride of Halloween" grossed 9.78 billion yen, the highest in the series. The 26th film in the series, "Detective Conan: Submarine of Black Iron," takes place at the Pacific Buoy, a marine facility in the waters around Hachijojima Island, Tokyo, that connects security cameras owned by police forces around the world. Ai Haibara holds the key to the story and clashes with a black-ops organization⁉ Attention is focused on whether Haibara's true identity will finally be revealed as Shelly/Miyano Shiho⁉.

Detective Conan teams up with Spitz for the first time! Trailer featuring the theme song is now on view!

It has been announced that the theme song will be sung by one of Japan's leading rock bands, Spitz.

Since their major debut in 1991, Spitz has won the hearts of many people with their unique musicality and songs, and has gained the overwhelming support of many famous artists. Like their many commercials, dramas, and movie tie-in songs, this will be their first collaboration with the movie version of "Detective Conan," which has a wide range of fans among men and women of all ages.

Vocalist Kusano said, "We were surprised to hear that Spitz would be doing a song for Detective Conan. We were surprised ourselves. We were surprised ourselves," commented Kusano. I think Conan is not only a mystery but also an epic love story, so I created this song with the image of being able to accompany both a "heartbreaking love story" and a "thrilling action movie. The new song "Beautiful Fin," written by Spitz, gently closes the film as if to accompany the emotions of Conan, Haibara, and the others.

In addition to Conan, Haibara and the other regular members, the film also features Kuroda, Megura and the police, Shuichi Akai (Subaru Okiya), Jody Camel and the FBI, as well as Gin, Vodka, Vermouth, Bourbon (Toru Amuro/Zero Furuya) and the organization's No. 2, Rum, from their sworn enemy, the "Organization of the Black Hood". Rum, the organization's No. 2. The 90-second film is filled with disturbing shots of Haibara on the monitor and warning letters, dynamic action scenes, and Conan and Haibara's determination, which is colored by the emotional theme song. What does the last line, "Bye-bye, Conan Edogawa-kun...," spoken with a meaningful expression on his face and holding the glasses he seems to have received from Conan, mean?

Formed in 1987, Spitz is a four-piece rock band consisting of Masamune Kusano (Vo/Gt), Tetsuya Miwa (Gt), Akihiro Tamura (B), and Tatsuo Sakiyama (Dr).
The band gained many fans with the release of their 11th single "Robinson" and 6th album "Hachimitsu" in 1995, and since then they have continued to produce music, tour throughout Japan, and hold events at their own pace.
On May 17, their latest album "Himitsu Studio" will be released, and in June, they will start their first nationwide tour in two years.

Pacific Buoy" is an offshore facility built in the waters around Hachijojima Island, Tokyo, to connect security cameras owned by police forces around the world.
In preparation for full-scale operation, engineers from around the world have gathered at the facility to connect it to the network under the jurisdiction of Europol, a European police organization. There, a test of a certain "new technology" based on a facial recognition system was also underway.
Meanwhile, Conan and the Detective Boys are on a whale-watching trip to Hachijojima at Sonoko's invitation.
Conan then receives a call from Subaru Okiya (Shuichi Akai) informing him that a Europol official has been murdered in Germany by Jin.
Conan, who is concerned about the situation, sneaks onto the security boat in which Hyoue Kuroda and other Metropolitan Police Department officials are on their way to guard the "Pacific Buoy" and infiltrates the facility. While the facility is being steadily prepared for the system's launch, a female engineer is kidnapped by a black-ops organization...! In addition, a USB drive containing certain information in her possession ends up in the hands of the organization....
