Yoko Takahashi will release her new single "EVANGELION ETERNALLY" on May 10. In addition, general sales for her one-man live concert will begin on March 25.

Singer Yoko Takahashi, whose representative works, "Gekkoku na Tenshi no Thesis" (1995), the theme song of the TV animation "Neon Genesis Evangelion", and "Soul no Rufran" (1997), the theme song of "Neon Genesis Evangelion the Movie: Sito Shinsei", still boasts amazing long sales 27 years after their first release She is still performing live at events. On May 10, 2023 (Wednesday), she will release her first maxi-single CD in four years, "EVANGELION ETERNALLY. The jacket features an impressive illustration of the first Evangelion aircraft holding the "Lance of Longinus" and the moon by Ikuto Yamashita, the mechanical designer of the "Evangelion" series.

The design also heightens expectations for the new song "Sin to Punishment: Prayerless One," which will be the promotional song for the Shin Japan Heroes Universe x Bandai Namco event.




On May 28 (Sun.), a one-man live concert will be held at Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO), a new live hall in the "Tokyu Kabukicho Tower". This will be the first solo audience performance under the theme of the "Evangelion" series.

Tickets will include a special "Tsukijuya" observation commemorative card (Evangelion specs) with a neck strap as a limited edition souvenir. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Saturday, March 25, from 10:00 a.m., so don't miss out.

What is "Shin Japan Heroes Universe"?
This is a miraculous project that brings together four films: "Shin Godzilla," "Shin Evangelion the Movie," "Shin Ultraman," and "Shin Kamen Rider.
Starting with "Shin Godzilla" (script and general director) in 2016, "Shin Evangelion the Movie" (plan, original story, script, and general director) will be released in 2021, and "Shin Ultraman" (plan and script) on May 13, 2022.
The film is scheduled to open in theaters nationwide on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. (excluding some theaters) for the fastest release in Japan, and on Saturday, March 18 of the same year for a nationwide release.
