New smartphone game "Dislyte ~God Generation Neon City~" is now in service and a TV commercial video has been released.

Dislyte: Neon City of the Divine Generation" is a near-future mythological RPG in which those who have acquired the power of gods fight fierce battles in the futuristic city of "Jolaito" with their own beliefs in mind.

In the released TV commercial, actress Haruna Kawaguchi is depicted entering the world of "Dislyte ~God Generation Neon City~". The actress transforms from a casual outfit to cyberpunk styling and is enveloped in the neon city.

We asked Ms. Kawaguchi how she felt about the challenge of cyberpunk-style costumes, hair and makeup, and if she could have the power of a god, what kind of power would she want? If you could have the power of God, what kind of power would you like to have?

At the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, which has been recreated using high-quality CG, Kawaguchi-san notices that mysterious ruins suddenly appear in the sky and that large screens are being hacked one after another.
After the ruins emit a mysterious light, the city instantly turns into a neon city, and Ms. Kawaguchi transforms into a completely different style of costume to enter a near-future game world.

Interview with Haruna Kawaguchi
--How did you feel about shooting the commercial?
I really enjoyed the world of pop and neon lights and hair and makeup that you can't experience in everyday life. I was really looking forward to seeing the finished product. It all happened so fast.

--How did you feel about the costumes, hair, and makeup?
I don't get to play this much, so I was able to express the excitement of jumping from my normal everyday appearance into the game world through my hair and costume.

--Who is the character you are most interested in in "Dislyte~God's Generation Neon City~"?
It's Lee Lin! He is amazingly cool and loves spicy hot pot. His character is arrogant and has a strong sense of justice, just like me, I think (laughs), but he has a cool visual and I was really interested in his strong sense of justice.

--If you could have the power of God, what kind of power would you want to have?
I would like to have the supernatural power of being able to "remember. I usually have to memorize something or input a line or something from various people I meet every day, so it would be great if I could memorize it in an instant! It would be great if I could remember things instantly.

--What do you think of the game's worldview of "near future x mythology"?
Mythology is something that has been passed down from ancient times, so I thought it was very fresh to combine the near future with mythology, and I am looking forward to seeing what kind of chemical reactions will occur when the past and the future are mixed together.

Haruna Kawaguchi made her modeling debut in 2007 as an exclusive model for the fashion magazine "Nicola" and made her acting debut in "Tokyo DOGS" in 2009, followed by her first starring role in a drama series "Ouran High School Host Club" in 2011.
