TV anime "The Rise of the Shield Heroes Season 3" to begin airing in October 2023! Key visuals and images of the Four Sacred Heroes are unveiled.

Broadcast of the TV anime "The Rise of the Shield Brave Riders Season 3" is set to begin in October 2023. A video was also released.

Based on the popular series by Aneko Yusagi, which was first published on "Shosetsu-kaerou" (Novelist) and later published as a book by MF Books, the first TV anime season started in January 2019, and Season 2 aired in April 2022. The story follows Iwatani Naofumi, who was summoned to another world as a hero but can only use a "shield" and has lost his money and position, and how he rises to power while fighting alongside his friends.

The long-awaited TV anime "The Rise of the Shield Season 3" will start airing in October 2023. A key visual focusing on the four sacred heroes and a teaser video have been released.

The key visual features the message "Our regrets make us stronger. (Our regrets make us stronger.) The key visual depicts Motoyasu Kitamura (the spear fighter), Ren Amagi (the sword fighter), and Yuki Kawasumi (the bow fighter), along with Naofumi Iwatani (the shield fighter).
