Spring Anime "Blade of Demon's Destruction" Sword Forge Village Arc starts distribution today! Episode 2 scene cuttings, ED theme, and Blu-ray/DVD jackets are released!

Scene cuts, ED theme information, and Blu-ray & DVD announcements have been released from the spring anime "Demon Slayer" Sword Forge Village Arc.

Based on the manga by Yoseharu Agatoge (Shueisha Jump Comics), "Demon Slayer" will be adapted into an anime by ufotable in 2019. The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, whose family was killed by demons, who joins the "Demon Slayer Squad" and fights to turn his sister Priestess back into a human. In the "Sword Forge Village Arc," Kamado fights powerful demons together with the pillars of the Oni-killing Squad, Mitsuri Kanroji and Muichiro Tokitoru.

The TV anime "Demon Slayer" Sword Forge Village will start airing on April 9, 2023 (Sun) on Fuji TV networks nationwide. Scene cuts for the second episode have also been released.

The first episode will be available on ABEMA, Netflix, Prime Video, etc. from 1 p.m. on Monday, April 10.

Blu-ray & DVD information】The jacket of the first volume is by Mitsuri Kanroji!

The Blu-ray and DVD will be released in six volumes (Volume 1 will be released on June 21, 2023). The jacket of the first volume depicts Mitsuri Kanroji, newly drawn by Akira Matsushima.

The volume also includes luxurious extras, such as a video of the stage greeting in Tokyo in February 2023. Volume 2 and after will include stage greeting videos from around the world, so please look forward to them.

MAN WITH A MISSION x milet "Kizuna no kiseki", the opening theme of the swordsmith village version, is now available on various streaming services. The ending theme will be "Koikogare" by milet x MAN WITH A MISSION.

Both lyrics and music for "Koikogare" are written by Yuki Kajiura, who has worked on the ending theme for the anime "Demon Slayer".

Cast comments for "Sangen Gathering" are now available!

The "Kangen no Oni" (The gathering of the demons) at the Infinity Castle was depicted in the first episode of "The Village of the Sword Forge". To commemorate the TV broadcast, text comments by Ryutaro Okiayu as "Black Death" (Jogensen no.1), Mamoru Miyano as "Douma" (Jogensen no.2), Toshio Furukawa as "Hantengu" (Jogensen no.4) and Kosuke Toriumi as "Tamatsubo" (Jogensen no.5) are available on the official website and Twitter.
