Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the birth of "Digital Monster! More reissued versions from "Digital Monster COLOR" with color LCD are now available!

BANDAI OFFICIAL TOY SHOP" has started accepting pre-orders for " Digital Monster COLOR (Ver.3 Original Purple / Ver.4 Original Clear Red / Ver.5 Original Clear Green)" (6,930 yen each including tax / excluding shipping and handling fees).

To commemorate the 25th anniversary of Digital Monster, "Digital Monster COLOR Ver.3," "Digital Monster COLOR Ver.4," and "Digital Monster COLOR Ver.5" will be released.

There are a total of three body colors: original purple from "Digital Monster Ver. 3," original clear red from "Digital Monster Ver. 4," and original clear green from "Digital Monster Ver. 5.
All colors are being reissued for the first time.

As with the "Digital Monster COLOR" and "Digital Monster COLOR Ver. 2" already on the market, the exterior design of the main unit is based on the shape of the original version released in 1997, with a color LCD and built-in rechargeable battery, without sacrificing size.

The LCD also continues to be equipped with a color LCD. In addition to the color characters, the background design, which could not be changed at the time, can now be changed. New background images can also be obtained through the communication function with different versions, including the already released "Digital Monster COLOR" and "Digital Monster COLOR Ver. 2," among others.

In addition, the rechargeable battery built into the device allows it to be played by recharging it with the included recharging cable. The charging cable is compatible with USB Type-C.

The Digimon that appear in the game are based on the lineup that existed when the game was first released in 1998, and have been reorganized according to each version.
Digital Monster COLOR Ver. 3 includes 20 Digimons such as Patamon and Orgamon, Digital Monster COLOR Ver. 4 includes 19 Digimons such as Pyomon and Kwagamon, and Digital Monster COLOR Ver. 5 includes 19 Digimons such as Gazimon and Dark Tyrannomon. are included in the "Digital Monster COLOR Ver. 5". All fully-formed Digimon can be evolved to the ultimate form. Digimon that combine with different versions of Digimon through communication will also be available.

While recreating the nostalgic presentation of training and battles, each version includes the training function that appeared in the 1998 versions of "Digital Monster Ver. 3 to Ver. 5. A battle mode that can be played alone without communication is also included.

This product also has enhanced user support functions, and the speed of training has been increased compared to the 1998 version.
It also features a cold mode, in which growth is stopped and tummy and muscle strength are not reduced while the player is cold, and a backup system that allows the user to save up to one Digimon in training as a backup.

The package designs are all being reprinted for the first time, as are the body colors.
The design of the original packaging has been reproduced with the addition of foil stamping. The LCD sticker on the blister has also been changed from monochrome to color.
