The staff in charge of the project commented on the surprise announcement!
Since the beginning of the serialization of this work, I have felt that the work and the fans are very close, and I had a strong desire to let the fans know about the anime adaptation before anyone else at the event where the most fans gather. Normally, it is common to release the information in the main issue of "Weekly Shonen Magazine," the magazine in which the work is serialized, but this time, the anime production committee and the editor-in-chief understood our strong desire, and this surprise announcement was made.
