Yakiniku Like, a yakiniku fast food restaurant, will offer a limited-time "Spring Lamb" menu, which is in season now, at 91 stores nationwide starting today, April 29 (Sat.). The two stores in the Akihabara area that will be offering this menu are the Akihabara Denkigai Store and the Akihabara Chuo-dori Store.

Lamb is lean meat and rich in nutrients such as iron, protein, and B vitamins, and has been attracting attention as people become more health-conscious. The demand for Australian mutton is increasing.

The lamb, which will be available from April 29 (Sat.), is imported from Australia by air, and although it is usually distributed by sea, Yakiniku Like has secured a unique route to bring it to Japan quickly by air, and furthermore, by "providing only the amount that is fresh and usable," it is possible to enjoy high-quality lamb. This allows customers to enjoy high quality lamb.

Lamb is meat from lambs less than one year old and has little odor. Spring lamb is lamb raised on grass during the most nutritious time of the year, and is characterized by its surprisingly tender meat quality.

The beef ribs and shoulder loin offered this time have the best balance of lean and fat among the lamb parts, and their flavor, texture, and softness best convey the quality of chilled meat.

The meat is cut into thick slices and seasoned simply with salt and pepper to give it a soft and crispy texture and sweet fat. The sauce is based on soy sauce and blended with onions, ginger, garlic, and several spices, with a secret flavor of mirin and honey to bring out the deliciousness of the meat.
