A special dialogue between Mr. Horinoki, Mr. Fumihiko Tachiki, Ms. Mami Koyama, and Mr. Toru Furuya from "Detective Conan: The Shadow of the Black Iron Fish" and new scene cuts from the film have been released.

The film version of "Detective Conan: Submarine of Black Iron" is set in the waters around Hachijojima Island, Tokyo, at the Pacific Buoy, a marine facility that connects security cameras owned by police forces around the world. Ai Haibara plays a key role in the story, which depicts an all-out confrontation with a black-ops organization.

The film has made a rocket start as the No. 1 film in the series' history, grossing over 3.14 billion yen within 3 days of its release on April 14, and as of May 1, 18 days after its release, it has recorded an audience of 5.57 million and box-office revenue of 7.97 billion yen. The film continues to make rapid progress.

In response to the film's success, special interviews and stills from the film's star-studded voice cast are now available for viewing. The second cast includes Horinoki (Gin), Fumihiko Tachiki (Vodka), Maami Koyama (Vermouth), and Toru Furuya (Bourbon).

The veteran voice actors have gathered to talk about the world of the black-skinned organization! The special dialogue, which is a complete change from the profound characters in the film, is full of friendly and playful impressions, and is not to be missed.

■What was your impression when you read the completed script?

Hori: I thought it was as large in scale as ever. There were many unexpected twists and turns that I found interesting.
Also, I would say Ai's determination. ...... That girl is a tease to watch.

Furuya: She's not a djinn at all (laughs)!

(Everyone laughs)

Hori: No, no, no, she's Shelly inside, but if Ai-chan were in front of me without knowing that,
Even Jin would help her, wouldn't he?

Tachiki: Even Jin's brother would (laughs).

Hori: If he didn't know that it was Sherry, he would probably do the same.

Furuya: Hori, you like Ai a lot, don't you?

Hori: Yes, yes, I like her.

Hori: Jin almost always says "Sherry" when he is not referring to the people in the organization. That's why I can't help but look at the character you play, Hayashibara-san. Besides, Ai has the same determination that Shelly originally had, doesn't she? That's why I get even more emotionally involved.

What did you think of the story, Koyama-san?

Koyama: When I first read the book, it was too difficult for me to understand what was going on (laughs). (laughs) I read it two or three times after that, but I still couldn't understand it. Around that time, I happened to meet Mr. Furuya at another site and had a little time, so he gave me a lecture on various topics. I asked him about a lot of things, like, "This is how it's supposed to be, right? I would ask him to confirm things like, "This is how it's done, isn't it?

Hori: It's really amazing that he could act like that without knowing what he was doing.

(Everyone laughs) ■I know it must have been tough to play the triple faces, but how was it for you?

Furuya: I had the impression that each movie version was a big spectacle, with a series of challenges that kept me on the edge of my seat, but this time, after I finished the movie, I thought, "It's a love story. That feeling was very fresh.

Personally, I thought Vodka is a good person.

(Everyone laughed)

Even though he was mumbling, he carefully explained things to Kiel and even showed him around. ......

Tachiki: I'm glad (laughs). Vodka is actually a person who can read the air.

Koyama: Surprisingly so (laughs).

Tachiki: Yes, unexpectedly (laughs). I think Vodka is gradually growing up. But personally, after watching the completed work, I thought, "That's a little scary. It is strange for me to say this, but I wondered if I had acted so scary. I thought. I didn't notice it when I read the script and acted.

I know that gin and vodka, vermouth and bourbon often work together, but what do you think of the relationship between them and the black organization itself?

Hori ：I think, you know, gin doesn't believe in anyone.

Koyama: Yes, that's true! There is no trust at all!

Hori: Also, in my opinion, gin has the greatest trust in vodka, but I don't trust it.

Tachiki: I feel that too.

Hori ：So even with vodka, if something goes wrong, gin will probably shoot. To Jin, that person and Rum are unimportant, and the only thing he is loyal to is the "organization.

Koyama: I don't think he trusts anyone either. Bell has always acted alone all this time. He hasn't been working with anyone, but in the recent TV anime (Episode 1079, "The Black Plot (Identity)"), there was a scene where everyone was looking around for Camel. Chianti, Korn, and Kiel are also there, and I was convinced when they said, "Belle is always working individually, so it feels strange to be working with her. I don't think of Bourbon and I as buddies separately. I don't trust anyone at all, and it's more of a gut feeling.

Furuya: That's true. We hold each other's secrets.

Koyama: We often ride in the car together, but it feels like we are probing each other.

Hori: If they find out what Vermouth is doing, they will kill each other before Shelley does.

Koyama: Maybe. As a traitor.

Furuya: But Vermouth is directly connected to the head of the organization, so they can't touch him.

Koyama: I think that kind of thing is interesting. It looks like a clique, but in fact everyone doesn't trust each other and is thinking about disparate things.

■Of all of them, Vodka is the one who is loyal to Jin.

Tachiki: Yes, she is the only one. It's all about love for gin. I play the role with the feeling that if she hates me, it will be the end of me.

Tachiki: I think he hates being hated more than being killed.

Hori: I feel it. I really feel Vodka's love.

Tachiki: But if, for example, vodka were a woman, it would be ......

Tachiki: Oh, it would be disgusting...I see... But in vodka, we are buddies.

Hori ：As I said before, Jin trusts Vodka with all his heart. He thinks he can trust him.
He also thinks he can trust him, and he has a good memory. But he does not trust him.

Tachiki: Yes, I feel that very much (laughs). Personally, the relationship between vermouth and bourbon is too deep.
I think the feeling of not being able to grasp it is mysterious and fascinating.

Furuya: There's a lot that hasn't been revealed about both of them.

■I think the appearance of Ram this time was another new development, but I think it deepened the mystery even more and made that person more distant. The one who is communicating with such a ram is...

Furuya: That would be Bourbon! Because Bourbon is communicating directly with Ram. But his voice has been changed, so we don't know who he is yet.

Furuya-san, this time you were also Amuro, Furuya, and Bourbon, and you were very active as a triple face.

Furuya: But I was a little disappointed that it wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

What are the highlights of this work and do you have a message for the fans?

Tachiki: I played a part in this work as a member of the Organization of the Black Hood, and although it was not the final episode, I thought it was the culmination of my career. I believe that the stage for this work was given to the characters to play a major role, and there are many fascinating characters in this work, so I hope you enjoy it.

Hori ：There are so many highlights. The fact that you will probably see it several times means that you can't watch it all in one sitting, and I think it is a work that deserves to be seen. It keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very end, and I think it is a new work while respecting the previous 25 films in a good way, so please enjoy watching it.

Koyama：I hope you don't miss a single cut, and I hope you don't miss a single word. I think it is an ingenious and well-made work that you will enjoy until the very end. You probably won't be able to understand some parts just once, so please watch it as many times as you like.

Furuya: When I read the script, I thought there would be less action and spectacle parts compared to the usual theater version, but when I saw the completed film, it was completely different. It was full of surprises and exuberance from quite early on, and the climax was amazing. Furthermore, the setting was the ocean! The beauty of the background and the depiction of the waves and the sun was amazing. I wanted to see this again and again on the big screen. The main attraction of the film is the confrontation between Conan and his men, as the black-skulled organization appears as the main character. I don't think you will be able to grasp the whole story in just one viewing, so I hope you will enjoy it many times in the theater. Pacific Buoy" is an offshore facility built in the waters around Hachijojima Island, Tokyo, to connect security cameras owned by police forces around the world.
In preparation for full-scale operation, engineers from around the world have gathered at the facility to connect it to the network under the jurisdiction of Europol, a European police organization. There, a test of a certain "new technology" based on a facial recognition system was also underway.
Meanwhile, Conan and the Detective Boys are on a whale-watching trip to Hachijojima at Sonoko's invitation.
Conan then receives a phone call from Subaru Okiya (Shuichi Akai) informing him that a Europol official has been murdered by Jin in Germany.
Conan, who is concerned about the situation, sneaks onto the security boat in which Hyoue Kuroda and other Metropolitan Police Department officials are on their way to guard the "Pacific Buoy" and infiltrates the facility. While the facility is being steadily prepared for the system's launch, a female engineer is kidnapped by a black-ops organization...!
