A "Fortnite" map of the movie "Suzume no Dokkomori" is now available! Created by high school students

A meta-verse of the film "Suzume's Door Shutters" has been released on "Fortnite.

Suzume no tojimari" is an adventure story about a young girl, Suzume, who closes "doors" that lead to disasters in abandoned buildings around Japan, and her "liberation and growth.

The film was released on November 11, 2022, and drew more than 11 million viewers. The film is also expected to be an even bigger hit overseas, where it will be released in March 2023 to more than 34 million viewers.

NEIGHBOR Inc., which creates the metaverse on Fortnite, created and released the metaverse of the movie "Suzume no tojimari" in collaboration with Tokyo Otaku Mode Inc.

The production was created by Yanos, a high school senior and Fortnite world creator. He has created metaverses for Sony, Corocoro Comics, and other companies. He loves architecture and cities, and is particular about creating a metaverse that feels lived-in.

In the metaverse of this project, the "door," which is also a symbol of the film, was recreated. You can go and play in the space where the characters were in the movie. Please come and experience the world of "Suzume no Tobiraki" with your friends and share the adventure with them.
