Based on a seaside romantic comedy with "too many heroines" serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" by Kouji Seo. The director of the TV anime is Satoshi Kuwabara, who also directed "The Bride of the Fifth Estate" and other works.

Hayato senses that something is wrong with Momiyo's melancholy mood, and asks her directly if she is planning to quit the store. Seeing the look on Momiha's face as if she had given up on something, Hayabusa calls it a last date and teaches her how to make coffee, a technique that Momiha's beloved grandmother taught her.
