Witch's Float Life" to be made into a game! Joint project by NetEase Games and Akatsuki Games

Akatsuki Games' IP creation project, "Witch's Float Life," has been announced as a game.

The first light novel in the project was released in March 2023.

Now, as a joint project between NetEase Games and Akatsuki Games, a game adaptation has been decided.

The game version of "Witch's Float Life" is an RPG developed and distributed by NetEase Games for smartphones, a story of baths and healing spun by "Sapitheroo," the strongest witch in the other world, and "Ichijyo Yunoka," a high school girl who loves hot springs in a Japanese spa town.

The story includes events in which the characters interact with each other in a space that recreates the original landscape of a Japanese hot spring resort. The theme of "Onsen" is a unique and relaxing experience.

Let's go on a trip to collect hot springs!
The setting is Shuzenji, Shizuoka Prefecture.
Exhausted from hard work, "you" have come to the hot spring resort town of Shuzenji, far from the city center.
While soaking in the hot spring baths at the "Wish Hot Springs," a hidden hot spring that is rumored to make wishes come true, you unintentionally uttered a wish to become a cat.
Suddenly, her body is enveloped in a mysterious light and she assumes the form of a cat.

The project was launched by Hiroaki Iwano, the creator of hit IPs that have been adapted into smartphone games, anime, and fighting games.

The game will be shown for the first time at the "NetEase Connect 2023 Online Presentation" to be held on May 20, 2023. Hiroaki Iwano and the producer of the game version, Leimei Li (NetEase Games), will show the latest actual footage of the game, and will also share the special points unique to the game version and the story behind the creation of the game.
