Kakao Games has announced new information about the Japanese version of the award-winning "Odin: Valhalla Rising.

Odin: Valhalla Rising" is a Norse-themed, cross-platform, open-world RPG for iOS, Android, and PC that allows players to freely roam the magnificent continents of Jotunheim and other Norse mythology, swim in lakes, climb cliffs, fly through the sky, and more. The game is a next-generation open-world experience in full 3D with realistic depictions of the world.

Released in Korea in 2021, the game was ranked No. 1 on the App Store and Google Play for more than three months and won the Korean Game of the Year Award that year. The following year, the game was also No. 1 on the App Store sales ranking in Taiwan and Hong Kong on the day of its release, and won the Google Play Game App Excellence Award the same year.

The official service launch date for "Odin: Valhalla Rising" has been set for June 15, 2023, with an advance trial event starting on Saturday, May 13, starting in Fukuoka and traveling throughout Japan.

Pre-registration for this title began on April 27, and the number of registrations exceeded 500,000 on May 15. If the number of registrations exceeds 1 million, a Japan-only avatar "Shinobi no Shinso" will be available. The more registrations, the more luxurious the rewards.

The "Server/Character Name Pre-registration" page is now open on the teaser site. By accessing this page and registering, you can decide in advance which character name and server you want to use when the official service starts.

This is a chance for you to adventure with your favorite character name on the same server as your friends and guild members you want to play with.
