The TV anime "Mr. Takagi the teasing friend 2," which will start airing on TOKYO MX and other stations from July 7, 2019, has revealed a "Tanabata visual" in honor of the broadcast start date.

The "Karakajide no Takagi-san" is a popular manga serialized in "Gessan" (Shogakukan) by Soichiro Yamamoto. It is a love comedy depicting the casual exchanges between "Takagi-san" and "Nishikata-kun," two junior high school classmates. The manga depicts the daily life of Takagi-san, who teases Nishikata-kun in a suggestive manner, and Nishikata-kun, who is interested in Takagi-san despite being pushed around; it was made into a TV anime from January to March 2018 and was very popular with many viewers who "grinned" at their interactions.
In the February issue of Gessan, released on Saturday, January 12,2019, the decision to produce the second season of the TV anime "Mr. Takagi, the Master of Teasing" was announced.

The TV anime "Mr. Takagi the teasing friend 2", which will start airing from July 7 on TOKYO MX and other stations, has released a "Tanabata visual" to celebrate the broadcast start date. The visual depicts Mr. Takagi and Nishikata writing their wishes on tanzaku (paper strips) and decorating them on bamboo branches in honor of Tanabata, the Star Festival on July 7, the day of the start of the broadcast.

A second "teasing collaboration" with "Takagi Shrine" in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, which has a unique connection with the same name "Takagi," has also been decided.
From July 5 (Fri.), Tanabata bamboo branches will be decorated, strips of paper with wishes written by staff and cast members, and stand panels featuring Tanabata visuals will be on display, as well as a corner where visitors can write their wishes on original strips of paper.
A new item for good luck will be the "eraser omikuji," a fortune telling sticker that you can pull out to see your fortune, based on the "eraser" episode of the first season's first episode.

In addition, an exhibition "Mr. Takagi, the Master of Teasing" will be held at GALLERY X BY PARCO in Shibuya, Tokyo, to commemorate the broadcast of "Mr. Takagi, the Master of Teasing 2".
The exhibition will feature original drawings and setting materials from the anime as well as illustrations from the original manga, allowing visitors to experience the world of "Mr. Takagi".
Original goods will also be on sale, so be sure to visit the exhibition.

On July 6, just before the start of the anime broadcast, a special program will be broadcast on Nico Nico Live.
Under the title of "Karakajite no Takagi-san 2," Riyo Takahashi, who plays the role of Takagi-san, and Yuko Ohara, the opening theme artist, will share the charm of the work.
