TV anime "Dr. Stone" unveils a new visual of Chisora for the second season of production!

A new visual from the TV anime "Dr. Stone" has been unveiled in preparation for the production of the second season.

Dr. Stone" is a popular work written by Riichiro Inagaki and drawn by Boichi, which won second place in the comics category of the "Next Comic Award 2018". Set in a world where the human race is about to become extinct due to petrification, this adventure work depicts Chisora, a science boy with a superhuman brain, who uses his knowledge to build a civilization from scratch.
The animation is directed by Shinya Iino,series composition and script by Yuichiro Kido,character design by Yuko Iwasa,music by Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutsumi, and Yuki Kanesaka, andanimation production by TMS Entertainment.
"Dr. STONE," a topical work about humanity and the restoration of civilization that was destroyed by petrification, will be adapted into a TV anime! The main character, Chisora, is played by Yusuke Kobayashi.

This time, a new visual has been released for the production of the second season.

The craft adventure about building a civilization from scratch in a stone world (Stone World), where all humans have been petrified, is getting even more powerful!


In the first season of the TV anime, Chisora and his friends obtained the most powerful weapon in modern warfare, the cell phone.
In the new visual, Chisora is depicted with the communication device he developed on his back, and with his new equipment, the flashlight ball and black light, in his hands.

The second season of the TV anime will depict the "Stone Wars," a mainland battle between the Science Empire led by Chisora and his team and the overwhelmingly powerful Tsukasa Empire.
