The 2019 summer anime "How Many Dumbbells Can You Hold? Blu-ray & DVD release information and bonus information has been released.

How Many Kilos Can You Hold a Dumbbell? is based on the comic of the same title serialized on the comic app "Manga One" (Shogakukan). It is a JK body modification comedy by Sandorovich Yabako (original story) and MAAM (artwork). It is a "watch protein" practical muscle training TV anime filled with muscle training and fitness knowledge. The main staff of the anime is directed by Mitsue Yamazaki (Tada-kun wa Koi ni nai nai and Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun), with series composition and screenplay by Fumihiko Shimo, character design by Ai Kikuchi, and animation production by Animation Studio.

Today, July 3 (Wed.), the first episode of this work will finally start airing.
The main character is a high school girl who is told by a friend, "Have you gained weight?" Hibiki Sakura, a high school girl, is told by her friends that she has gained weight. She decides to go on a diet and enters the gates of "Silverman Gym," an ultra high-level, rigorous training gym where professional fighters and athletes attend. ......

Prior to the broadcast, the Blu-ray & DVD product information has been released.
The Blu-ray and DVD will include a priority sales application ticket for the event in which Ai File's, Amemiya Ten, Ishikawa Kaito, Higashiyama Nao, and Horie Yui are scheduled to appear, a live-action video of Ai File's and Ishikawa Kaito's muscle training challenge, "Nice Bulk Training - Ai File's MENU," and other luxurious perks. Ai and Kaito Ishikawa will be challenging muscle training.
