PS4 "Shenmue III - Retail Day 1 Edition" will be released in Japan on Tuesday, November 19!

Deep Silver announced that "Shenmue III - Retail Day 1 Edition" ("Shenmue III") for PlayStaton4 will be released in Japan on Tuesday, November 19, 2019.


Shenmue III" is the first title in the "Shenmue" action-adventure series released for Sega's Dreamcast home video game console in 18 years. The project attracted worldwide attention with over $7 million in investments and more than 80,000 backers.


The latest title in the "Shenmue" franchise, which pioneered the 3D open-world genre and is said to be one of the most significant game-changing franchises in history, allows players to "experience" the vast world to their heart's content.


Players take on the role of Ryo Basuki, a young martial arts master, and walk through every nook and cranny of the rich natural setting and lifestyle of the city, talking with unique characters and enjoying a variety of activities.
