Jun Fukuyama, Keisuke Ueda, Nobunaga Shimazaki, Yuma Uchida and others in sweet lines and tuxedos! The "Anime JAM 2019" event report has arrived!

On Sunday, December 22, 2019, "Anime JAM 2019" was held at the Maihama Amphitheater, with 11 male cast members appearing in tuxedos and a collaborative reading play that crossed the boundaries of works for the first time in Anime JAM history.

Anime JAM" is an event that brings together voice actors and artists from popular anime works that have been broadcast or are currently being broadcast on TV Tokyo.

This year's lineup of works and performers included Jun Fukuyama (Yuma Nosaka), Hiroshi Nojima (Shuya Gouenji), and Tomohiro Omachi (Mitsuru Ichiboshi/Hikari Ichiboshi) from the TV anime "Inazuma Eleven: Orion's Mark," and Kei Ueda from the film version "Royal Teacher Heine" which was released in theaters in February 2019 after its TV anime run. From the TV anime "A of Diamonds act II", Ryota Osaka (Eijun Sawamura), Nobunaga Shimazaki (Satoru Furuya), Shintaro Asanuma (Yoichi Kuramochi), and Yuma Uchida (Mitsunobu Okumura) will play the roles of the actors. From the TV anime "Fruits Basket," which will air its second season in 2020, Ms. Mainaka Ishimi (playing Toru Honda), Mr. Shimazaki (playing Yuki Kusama) and Mr. Uchida (playing Ri Kusama), who are also cast members of "Diamond A act II," performed.

In addition, live performances were given by pugcat's, Heine Kai Bruno Leonhardt from P4 with T, OxT, and Beverly, bringing a total of 17 cast members and artists to Maihama during the Christmas season. The official report has arrived. Here is the official report from the event.

The "Anime JAM 2019" started with a powerful opening video and loud applause.
TV Tokyo announcer Naouhei Taguchi, the host of the event, appeared on stage and welcomed the performers with words as sweet as tapioca milk tea! From the TV anime "Inazuma Eleven: Orion's Mark", Jun Fukuyama (Yuma Nosaka), Hirofumi Nojima (Shuya Gouenji), Tomohiro Omachi (Mitsuru Ichiboshi/Hikari Ichiboshi), from the movie "Heine the Royal Teacher", Keisuke Ueda (Heine), Yuya Asato (Kai), Hayato Adachi (Bruno), Daisuke Hirose (Leonhard), from the movie "The Royal Teacher". Daisuke Hirose (Leonhardt), Ryota Osaka (Eijun Sawamura), Shintaro Asanuma (Yoichi Kuramochi), Nobunaga Shimazaki (Satoru Furuya), Yuma Uchida (Mitsunobu Okumura) from the TV anime "Diamond A act II", and Mainaka Ishimi (Toru Honda) from the TV anime "Fruits Basket". The audience gave a wonderful surprise as each of them said a sweet line that was perfect for Christmas, and the audience responded with a resounding cheer.

In addition, Yoshiyuki Hirai, an American crayfish, joined the MC and first conducted a quiz titled "All-Star Thanksgiving. A fierce battle unfolded for a 100,000 yen meal coupon from Jyo-en.

The question was asked, "The combination of a pitcher and a catcher is commonly called a battery, and what is the combination of today's MC, Mr. Hirai, and announcer Taguchi? When the Inazuma team answered, "How about a naturalized crayfish from the U.S.?", MC Hirai immediately interjected, followed by the question, "If you were a prince at this very moment, what would be the first thing you would like to do? Adachi-san, a resident of Ibaraki Prefecture and a member of the Heine team, said, "I want to make everyone a citizen of Ibaraki Prefecture," which drew laughter! The time of the quiz was filled with laughter, and the Inazuma team won the quiz with the highest number of points.

The pugcat's followed with "The bigger the stage, the better! Kick the Earth! The venue was filled with blue lights and excitement. The audience was filled with blue lights and excitement.


Then, for the first time in the history of Anime JAM, the audience was treated to a collaborative reading performance. The title of the play, "The Prince Learns About Hyperdimensional Soccer," was enough to get a few laughs from the audience. The story is about the princes of Granzreich who want to learn about soccer, and Heine arranges for youth soccer legends to teach them about soccer. Gohanji, being a pen pal, first tries to verbalize his special moves in response to Heine's request. Issei describes Planet Break as "First, unify your mind, then fly into space..." Nosaka stopped him. Nosaka then explained that Gekkomaru and Tsubamegatame "call the night to the world and summon the full moon.... Goumenji explained, "The Fire Tornado adds left and right rotation to the ball, and then crouches down to send out fire around it..." and the explanation failed to be translated. He then explained, "Fire Tornado adds left and right rotation to the ball, and then crouches down and fires around it...," and failed to verbalize it. Heine received the letter and, bewildered, instructed the princes.

The Heine team then performed "More Than Friends, Less Than Enemies" and "Prince Night ~Where Were You? MY PRINCESS". The audience was excited with the colorful lights.


Next came the Fruits Basket reading. At the end of the year, Toru, Yuki, and Rin go on a lucky draw. They tried to win the first prize of a trip to Hawaii, but Olea won a one-year supply of leeks and chives, which she hates, Yuki won a pair of tickets to a dreamland, and they had a big argument over who to go with.


Beverly then performed "Again. The overwhelming voice brought tears to the audience's eyes.


The next reading of "A of Diamonds act II" was themed around a lucky draw, similar to Fruits Basket. Okumura replied, "It wasn't Hawaii..." This drew a round of laughter. The last act of the live was OxT, who performed "Golden After School," "Go EXCEED! and "Everlasting Dream," the new ending theme from January of Dia no A act II. The final song "Jingle Bells" was sung by all the cast and artists, bringing the curtain down on a fun and festive time that was perfect for Christmas.
