What did you think when you heard about the offer?

Nakao: It's not every day that I get the chance to work with such a splendid group of people. I was first of all happy to be able to work with Yamadera-san, who played Donald, and Furukawa-san, who played Panchito, again.

Furukawa: Being able to participate in a Disney production is a status for voice actors. Of course we are happy, but it is great that everyone, including the younger generation, can work together on Disney productions.

--Do you have any idea about the role, or do you analyze the character's personality before you take on the role? Do you analyze the character before you take on the role?

Furukawa: I study the role.

Nakao: At first, I am given a character set. Then, I look at it and think about it by myself before acting.

Donald, Jose, and Panchito all have their own "brightness. What do they all have in common?

--Nakao: What do you find special about playing the roles of Jose and Panchito?

Nakao: First of all, I would say that the characters are both very bright and cheerful. The most important thing for me is the positive, unwavering cheerfulness of the characters. That is the most important thing.

Furukawa: Panchito has the basic tone of a cheerful Mexican. Even though they have the same brightness, I was conscious of the balance with Donald and Jose and the division of roles. I feel very comfortable working with Yamadera-san and Nakao-san. I was able to play with them without any worries.

--I think you are very attached to the role, but as you play the role, are there any parts that you like or that are similar to your own?

Nakao: I think it's the way he treats girls. (Laughs)

Furukawa: All three of us are the same (laughs).

Nakao We all have our differences, though.

Nakao: The recording sessions were a lot of fun! Everyone came to the studio with joy at being able to participate in "The Legend of the Three Knights," so it was a lot of fun.

Furukawa: I think it is the same for anyone who participates in a Disney film. I feel very fortunate to be able to participate in a Disney film that has fans all over the world.
