<STORY>
A world where predators and herbivores coexist.
In a world where carnivores and herbivores coexist, and meat is considered a serious crime, a "cannibalism incident" occurs at a prestigious school, Cheriton Academy, where a student in the drama club is devoured to death. The culprit is never found, and the students are shaken with anxiety.
Meanwhile, the drama club is fighting over the understudy of the dead student.
Rui Akashika, a charismatic member of the drama club and a candidate for the next "Beaster," is attacked by a carnivorous member of the club who has a grudge against him. The one who defended him was Legosi, a second-year student in charge of lighting. Despite his strong appearance with "sharp claws" and "big body," he is a gentle, quiet, and clumsy male wolf.
However, Louis finds Legosi hypocritical and distasteful, and forcefully assigns him to watch over the night practice.
At night, in the empty backyard behind the auditorium, Legosi is alone on guard duty when a small white dwarf rabbit, Hal, appears before him.
The moment Legosi smelled her scent, instincts ran through his body. He pounced on her, forgetting himself, and found himself cradling her in his arms. He does not know if the heartbeat he hears in his arms is his own or hers. But this encounter with Hal, and with his own instincts, changes Legosi's quiet, peaceful life.
Is this feeling for her love? Or is it appetite? Male and female, predator and herbivore.
Facing their respective pains, strengths and weaknesses, Legosi's troubled youth has now begun.
