The "Shinkage no Kyojin" is a very popular comic series serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine by Hajime Isayama. It is a panic work depicting mankind's desperate battle against the mysterious man-eating Titans, and its unique worldview and complex and bizarre storyline have created many addicts. The comic has sold a total of more than 80 million copies, and the TV anime aired its first season from April to September 2013 and second season from April to June 2017. The third season (Season 3) will be broadcast on NHK, with Part 1 airing from July to October 2018 and Part 2 currently airing from April 2019, and it has been announced that "Shinkage no Kyojin The Final Season" will be broadcast in the fall of 2020.
