This is the third time Tsunade has appeared in the series, this time with a new look and a new atmosphere.

His smiling face, flowing hair, and the familiar haori (Japanese traditional coat) on his head as he sits on a porch have all been carefully crafted into a figure.

The figure is sculpted and painted with precision, from the tips of her hands and feet to the small objects she carries, such as her tokkuri (a small sake cup).

The figure is the first in this series to feature the mouth-piercing animal "slug (alter ego)" on its shoulder, adding to its realistic appearance.
