The key visual for the second cool of "SWORD ART ONLINE ARISATION War of Underworld," which will start airing in April 2020, has been unveiled. In addition, the SAO Orchestra Concert will be held.

Sword Art Online" (hereafter referred to as "SAO") is an anime work based on the novel by Reki Kawahara, which won the Grand Prize of the 15th Dengeki Novel Award. It became popular for its depiction of the protagonist Kirito's activities in the mysterious next-generation online game "Sword Art Online.

The first TV anime season "Sword Art Online" aired from July to December 2012, the second season "Sword Art Online II" from July to December 2014, and the first part of the third season "Sword Art Online Arisimation" from October 2018 to March 2019.

And now the second part of the third season, "Sword Art Online Arisimation War of Underworld," is airing from October 2019. The main story will be aired in two parts, and the key visual for the second part, which will start airing in April 2020, has just been unveiled.

In the key visual for the third season, Asuna and her friends are depicted in the super account of the three goddesses, and Kirito is depicted in the center wearing the costume of the "Black Swordsman".

■ SAO Orchestra Concert to be Held
