Blu-ray BOX of TV anime "Tejin Senpai" to be released on December 3 (Magic Day)! Episode 2 synopsis and advance cuts have also arrived!

The Blu-ray box set of the TV anime "Tejin Senpai" will be released on December 3 (Tuesday)! Along with this, information on special offers by stores and comments from Azu, the author of the original work, in support of the anime have also been released.

In addition, a synopsis and advance cut of the second episode has also arrived.

Tejin Senpai" (written by Azu), currently serialized in "Young Magazine" (Kodansha), is a popular gag manga that has sold over 600,000 copies including the latest 5 volumes released on November 6. It is a short gag work featuring a cute but "weird" senior who loves magic tricks and his slightly lecherous assistant. The TV anime based on this work will start airing from July 2019 on TOKYO MX and other stations.

Tejyu Senpai" Blu-ray BOX will be released on December 3 (Tue.)!

It was announced that the Blu-ray BOX of this work will be released on December 3 (Tue.), the day of magic.

The special boxed set will include all 12 episodes of the anime "Tejinsei Senpai" and will be illustrated by the original author, Azu, and will also include an original soundtrack CD.

I had a chance to watch the anime, and the dialogue between the senpai and the assistant was perfect! Senpai is like an elementary school student in spite of his appearance, and the assistant is concerned about senpai while pretending to be indifferent.... I'm so glad to see that the atmosphere of the show is so well done, it's as if they are really alive.
The OP song has a glittering stage atmosphere, and the ED song has a slightly naughty older sister feel to it!
I will also work hard on the illustrations for the Blu-ray BOX!

A pop-up store will be held at AKIHABARA Gamers main store on the 3rd floor from July 13 (Sat.)! In addition, a Twitter video project was started in which Kaede Hondo, who plays the role of a senior magician, and Riie Takahashi, who plays the role of a speck, try their hand at magic tricks while learning from the Yamagami siblings.
