TV Anime "Dr. Stone", Episode 2 Advance Cut & Web Exclusive Trailer!

From the TV anime "Dr. Stone," which began airing in July 2019, the synopsis and advance cuts for the second episode, as well as a web-only preview video, have been released.

Dr. Stone" is a popular work written by Riichiro Inagaki and drawn by Boichi, which won second place in the comics category of the "Next Comic Award 2018". Set in a world where the human race is about to become extinct due to petrification, this adventure work depicts Chisora, a science boy with a superhuman brain, who uses his knowledge to build a civilization from scratch.
The animation is directed by Shinya Iino,series composition and script by Yuichiro Kido,character design by Yuko Iwasa,music by Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutsumi, and Yuki Kanesaka, andanimation production by TMS Entertainment.
"Dr. STONE," a topical work about humanity and the restoration of civilization that was destroyed by petrification, will be adapted into a TV anime! The main character, Chisora, is played by Yusuke Kobayashi.

The synopsis and advance cuts of the second episode are as follows.

Episode 2 "KING OF THE STONE WORLD

One day, a mysterious phenomenon occurs in which all the humans in the world are petrified in an instant. ......
Chizora and Taiki wake up in a world about 3700 years later, andafter repeated experiments in the Stone World, where all civilization has disappeared, theyhave finally perfected a "resurrection fluid" that removes petrification.
First, they try to revive their childhood friend Yuzuri, but an unexpected emergency occurs, andthey revive Tsukasa Shishio, a man who was once said to be the strongest high school student in the primate world!
