<Introduction

About 100 years ago, Japan lost much of its land to submergence due to plate displacement.
As the number of sea routes connecting these cities increased, "blue mermaids," who protect the safety of the sea, became the dream of schoolgirls.

Akeno Misaki, who has longed to become a "blue mermaid" and enrolls in Yokosuka Girls' Maritime School, is appointed captain of the navigational vessel Harukaze and participates in ocean training with her classmates. It was supposed to be a safe voyage, just navigating the ship and heading to the destination, but a number of crises await the girls. They overcame many difficulties, such as a sudden firing from a faculty ship, a battle with a runaway student ship, and rescue activities on a salvage ship, and returned safely to land, where they formed a strong bond among the members.

One month after the incident, the Seikaze members, who were enjoying their test vacation, were hit by a new crisis. The Seikaze class is about to be dismantled. The Seikaze members were upset, but they came together as one again, and their bond grew stronger as they prevented the class from being dismantled.

In this way, the members of Seikaze overcame many difficulties and grew up.
What is the new "crisis" that awaits them?

The ship they must protect and the path they must take.
A new story of the girls is about to begin!
