The first episode of the TV anime "Hanako-kun," which will start airing on January 9, 2020, has arrived with a synopsis and advance cutaways.

The TV anime "Jibari Shonen Hanako-kun" is based on the popular comic series by Aida Iro in the "Monthly G Fantasy" magazine ( Square Enix ). Directed by Masaomi Ando, series composition and script by Yasuhiro Nakanishi, character design by Mayuka Ito, and animation production by Lerche.

Episode 1 Synopsis

Yahiro Nene, a first year student at Kamome Gakuen High School, hears a rumor passed down in the school. Hanako-san of the Toilet" is a girl who grants wishes in exchange for important things. Nene, who has a wish she really wants to make come true, calls Hanako-san in the girls' restroom of the old school building. However, what appears is the ghost of a boy ......!
