Event Report of "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T" Advance Screening on January 5 (Sun.)

The "To Aru Majutsu no Index" series, including its spin-offs, all take place in the same timeline, but the different protagonists offer different perspectives, providing a completely different kind of enjoyment. The main character in "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T" is Mikoto Misaka, the third highest level 5 psychic in the school city, and the story unfolds from her point of view.
The first episode screened on this day was of movie-like quality, and those who have not seen it in seven years will certainly be pleased to see the return of that worldview, while those who saw it for the first time will find it an easy story to get into. After the screening of the main story, the main cast members, Rina Sato (Mikoto Misaka), Satomi Arai (Kuroko Shirai), Aki Toyosaki (Shikatoshi Hatsuharu), Kanae Ito (Tearuko Saten), and Kyomi Asakura (Misao Asakura) appeared on stage. They were more excited than the audience who would have been excited to see the first episode and talked about their impressions of the first episode. I want to be chiribiri-biri'd!" Ms. Toyosaki was pleased that "the title at the beginning of the episode made me want to cry," while Ms. Ito agreed and said, "The last part of the episode was just like the superconducting gun! I could feel that the cast themselves were really looking forward to the third season.

The five talked in a friendly manner, as if one could imagine the atmosphere of the recording sessions from the very beginning. They asked the audience if anyone in the audience was a student when the second season aired and reflected on the contents of the second season. Ms. Asakura, who plays Shokubachi Misaoi, who makes a full-fledged appearance in this series, said happily, "I'm shy, but the atmosphere at the recording site is warm and everyone talks to me, so I look forward to the recording every week.

The series will depict the "Daihaoshi Matsuri" (Great Star Festival), an event that also appeared in the 8th episode of the TV anime "To Aru Majutsu no Index II. The highlight of the series is what Misaka Mikoto and her friends were doing at the Great Hasei Matsuri. "The incidents are completely different from those in 'Index of Forbidden Matters,' but there are some links between the two, so you can enjoy them. In addition, I think you'll enjoy the portrayal of each character in this series," said Sato.
As for the appeal of Shokubachi Misaoi, who will be a full-fledged participant, Asakura said, "People often pick up on her belligerence, but she actually has a cute side, so I hope people will see that. It was interesting to hear Mr. Arai add, "He has something that we (the characters) don't have" (*his chest). It was also interesting that Mr. Arai added, "He has something that we (the characters) don't have" (*his chest).

In the ending, the cast expressed their gratitude to the audience.
I consider the people I have met through the "A Certain" series to be my family, and the people who send me radio messages include students, working people, and various other people. I think it's a miracle that we can enjoy another year, two years, or three years with these people. I hope you will join our "Toaru" family and walk with us on our new path.

<Introduction>
Total A huge city in the western part of Tokyo with a population of 2.3 million. The city is called "school city" because about 80% of its population is made up of students, and the development of supernatural powers - the power to twist the laws of the world and cause supernatural phenomena - is underway in the city.
Students who have acquired abilities through special classes (curriculum) are evaluated from "no ability (level 0)" to "super ability (level 5)" in six levels through periodic "system scans".
At the top of the list are seven "psychics" who are considered to be the strongest. One of them is Misaka Mikoto. She is a 14-year-old junior high school student at Tokiwadai Junior High School, a prestigious school for young ladies, and is known as a "railgun" (a superconducting gun).
Kuroko Shirai, a junior student and a member of the "Judgment Committee," is a colleague of Kuroko Shirai. Her colleague Shikari Hatsuharu, who adores young ladies, and her friend Saten Ruiko, who loves urban legends. The peaceful, ordinary, and slightly unusual daily life in the school city with these friends is about to be interrupted by a big event that happens once a year. The "Great Haseisai Festival. It is a huge athletic festival held for seven days, in which people with abilities compete in fierce battles on a school-by-school basis.
During the festival, a part of the school city was opened to the public, and everyone was in high spirits in anticipation of the lively event, which was broadcast live to the entire world. But what was stirring behind the scenes was completely unnoticed...
