The light novel series, which has sold a total of 8.5 million copies, "Bless This Wonderful World!" (hereafter referred to as "Konosuba"), an anime version of which aired in 2016 and 2017. This film is the theater version of "Konosuba".

The one-and-a-half-minute video depicts "Red Devil's Village," Megumi and Yunyun's hometown and the stage of the story, as well as the powerful force hidden in the village, the "Demon Lord Army leader" Sylvia who aims for it, and the battle between Kazuma and his men against her. The story depicts the battles of Kazuma and his friends who clash with her. Although "Konosuba" has a comedic style, the content of this episode is likely to be quite serious.
