Square Enix Co., Ltd. today launched "Dragon Quest Baby & Kids," the first official "Dragon Quest" brand for babies and kids.
This year marks the 33rd anniversary of the first "Dragon Quest" game, which was released in 1986.
Many of the players who were children at the time are now parents, and those who were adults at the time are now in the age of having grandchildren, and many fans have enjoyed "Dragon Quest" for two or three generations.

Targeting children from infants as young as 0 to elementary school students, "Dracula Baby & Kids" is an ideal product for parents and children to enjoy together, or as a gift for grandchildren or friends' children.
The product was developed mainly by Square Enix employees who have children within the company, based on their real-life experiences, so that through the product, it can also be enjoyed as a communication tool between parents, children, and grandchildren.
The products to be released this time are "Dracula Baby & Kids Styles Slime," "Dracula Baby & Kids Styleset King Slime," and "Dracula Baby & Kids Styleset Slime Tower," which will be available on Square Enix's official shopping site (Square Enix e-STORE) in October.
And "Slime Pippi" picture book for 0 to 2 year olds and "Dragon Quest Aiueo" picture book for 3 to 5 year olds (both on September 30), "Dragon Quest Riddle Book: A Challenge from Ma" (on August 2), "Dragon Quest Yusha Drill" study drill "Dragon Quest Yusha Drill Math for Early Elementary School Students" (October 18) will also be released.

The slime's eyes, mouth, rounded body, and shape, which are designed with the game player's gaze in mind, are thought to attract babies' interest.
