New TCG & Anime produced by Asuka Nishi! Bushiroad TCG Strategy Presentation 2019 Summer" Report: "Vanguard ZERO" Advance Beta Test Announced!

The Bushiroad TCG Strategy Presentation Summer 2019 was held in Tokyo on July 18, 2019.

The presentation is held regularly to introduce Bushiroad's latest development information centered on TCG (trading card games). Bushiroad's Takaaki Kitani started the presentation with a "Declaration of Seriousness about TCGs," in which he expressed the company's determination to seriously focus on TCGs, the company's origins.

One of the highlights of the presentation was the announcement that the release of the new TCG "Rebirth for you" would begin in March 2020. The original story and production will be written and produced by Nishi Asuka, a manga artist well known to Bushiroad fans for her "Card Game Shiyoko," and prior to the TCG release, a short anime "Rebirth for you" will begin in January 2020 with a cast including Nishio Yuka, Nishimoto Rimi, Shindo Amane, Yuka Ozaki, and others will appear in the cast.

As for the anime "Cardfight! Vanguard", information on the new chapter "Shin'emon Arc" was announced. The series will take place in the past (about 10 years ago), and will depict the high school days of Shin Nitta = Shinemon Nitta, the manager of the card store "Card Capital" that appears in the series. Hideta Morishima, who plays the role of Shinemon Nitta, expressed his joy and surprise, saying, "I was surprised to be given the role of the main character in "Vanguard," a work I have been involved with since the beginning of the series, and I am looking forward to seeing the past of the work unravel.

The young appearance of the well-known characters in the series is also noteworthy. During the presentation, it was announced that the OP theme "Lead the way" will be sung by Aina Aiba.

Lead the way" will be released on October 16, 2019 as "Aina Aiba's 0th single. The song will be produced by Noriyasu Uematsu. As for the question, "What is the 0th?" and other questions will be announced at a press conference to be held on September 10, 2019 at noon.
