10 years of feelings. The official report of "Ai Nakajima 10th Anniversary Live -Best of My Love-" has arrived!

Ms. Nakajima has appeared in various works as a voice actor, including the role of Ranka Lee in the anime "Macross F." She is also active as a singer. This year marks the 10th anniversary of her debut as a singer, and a solo live concert was held. The following is an official report on the event.

Celebrating 10 years since her debut, she has published a book with Minori Kai titled "What Music Taught Me", a photo book "With you...", and a cover mini-album "With you...". On June 5, her 30th birthday, she released her first best album "30 pieces of love.

This live concert was a special night to close out the 10th anniversary year. Tickets were of course sold out. About 1,500 audience members gathered at Ebisu The Garden Hall in Tokyo.

Nakajima appeared on stage in a blue costume and started the live with the pop song "Love! This is a new song included in the best album "30 pieces of love" and is a song with a penetrating brightness. Nakajima sang the song with a big smile and light choreography.

The second song was "Bitter Sweet Harmony," a single released in August 2018, and the third song was "Ranka and Brand New Pearch" under the name Ranka Lee = Ai Nakajima, which was included in the "Macross F" 10th anniversary single released in September of the same year. The first three songs in the beginning of the live were the latest songs.

The first song was "Proudly, Thirty Years Old, Mamegu! This is my first one-man show since I turned 30!

The audience laughed at his first words during the MC. The theme of the live was "Traveling through 10 years of history. It was inevitable that they started with the latest song, and from here, the audience was taken back in time to the last song of the main live performance. While the setlist followed a chronological order, the shades changed with each block.

The fourth song was "Saturday Night Question," a rock number written by Fuji Fabric, which was followed by "Watashi no Sekai," also with a rock flavor. The heat that had been building was calmed by the ballad "Arigatou" (Thank you).

Nakajima had been on hiatus for three years. Although "Arigato" is the single before "Watashi no Sekai," the two singles were released three and a half years apart. When he released "Arigato", he recalled his troubled time, saying that he thought it would be his last single. However, there was no hint of somberness in his MC, and he kept smiling throughout the performance. He kept a smile on his face throughout the show, and asked the audience the standard question, "Is the water good?" In the middle part of the live, they selected songs from their 3rd album "Thank you" and 2nd album "Be With You", which were also included in their best album. After the band sang this block of songs, the MC, who seemed to have not lost his excitement, said, "I really wanted to play this song," and introduced the band members who responded with a superb performance, earlier than originally planned.

A big present for the audience was the first full-size performance of "Water Tank," the opening theme for the TV anime "Hoshiai no Sora," which will start in October. The audience listened to the imaginative song with lyrics written by Seiichi Shindo of Porno Graffiti. The song will be released in November as a new single together with "Kamihasari no Tenshi" (Angel with Hair Ornaments), the ending theme of the TV anime "Honyaku no Gekkoukoujo: I Can't Choose My Means to Become a Librarian," which also starts in October.

The last song of the encore was the standard "Golden - I'm glad I like you. As the yellow penlights filled the venue, they threw the line "I'll always be with you! to the entire audience.
