The original soundtrack, which includes all 85 songs from "FF7" and video footage of the game at the time, is released today!

SQUARE ENIX has announced that it will release " FINAL FANTASY VII ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK REVIVAL DISC," an original soundtrack featuring music from "FINAL FANTASY VII" (FF7), on July 24, 2019.

FF7" is an RPG released by Square Enix (then known as Square) in 1997, which was the first in the series to use computer graphics technology in its movies and an epic story featuring various characters, including Cloud, that became a hit, selling more than 12 million copies worldwide. Final Fantasy VII Remake " is scheduled to be released for PS4 on March 3, 2020.

The soundtrack to be released today includes all 85 songs played in "FF7" and game footage from the game at the time, allowing users to enjoy nostalgic BGM and footage at the same time. Also included is a booklet with comments from Yoshinori Kitase and other game staff from the time. A postcard is also included as an early purchase bonus.

For those who have played "FF7", this might be a good opportunity to recall your old adventures.
