SEGA AGES Puyopuyo Dori" software for Nintendo Switch will be available on the Nintendo eShop from January 16, 2020 (Thursday).

Puyopuyo Dori" is the second installment of Sega's action puzzle game "Puyopuyo," which first appeared in arcades in 1994 and has been especially popular among fans for its "hot competition.

Based on the original arcade version, "Puyopuyo Dori" will be released as "SEGA AGES Puyopuyo Dori" for Nintendo Switch on January 16, 2020.

The game features an "offset" system in which "Oyama Puyo Puyo" cancel each other out, and the response of the arcade version has been recreated to the best of its ability. The game also features network battles, high score rankings, and the familiar "time-back" feature of the SEGA AGES version.

The game also includes "Kachinuki Mode," in which players can play against all rivals in the tower, and "Two-player Puyopuyo Mode," in which players can play against each other on a single Nintendo Switch.

In addition, the game offers a choice of screen modes, including "Vintage," which recreates the atmosphere of a CRT, and "Cabinet," which recreates the atmosphere of a game arcade.
