Switch "Fire Emblem: Fuuka Yukigetsu" launches today! A simulation RPG depicting three wars between three great powers with three different endings, begins!

Fire Emblem: Fuuka Yukigetsu" for Nintendo Switch, a new title in the "Fire Emblem" series, was released today, July 26, 2012.

Fire Emblem: Fuuka Yukigetsu" is the first "Fire Emblem" title for a console game in about 12 years, since "Fire Emblem: Goddess of Dawn" for the Wii in 2007. While maintaining the appeal of a role-playing simulation, the game has evolved further with a new system that enables a wide range of character development and a new strategy unique to this title.

Worldview

This title is set in Fodora, a land that has existed since time immemorial. In this land, three great powers, the "Adrasteia Empire," the "Holy Kingdom of Fergus," and the "League of the Lords of Leicester," are in balance.
This work is a two-part story that depicts the war that engulfs the whole of Fodra, from its beginning to its end.

There are two visuals of the main character to choose from.

Part 1: "Military Academy".

The first part takes place in a military academy located in the center of Fodra. There are three classes in the academy, one for each country, where young people who will carry the future of the three countries gather.
The player, as a teacher, selects which class he or she will be in charge of, and nurtures and guides the students.

Part 2: "War

In the second part, we move five years after the days at the military academy. The war between the three countries is depicted from their respective perspectives.

Depending on the class chosen in Part 1, the story in Part 2 branches into three parts. Depending on the player's choices, the story will lead to three different endings.

A story that goes back and forth between the "battle part" and the "military academy part.

The story progresses back and forth between the "battle part" and the "military academy part. In the "Academy Part," you can explore the school, interact with the students, and develop their skills.

In the "battle part," "knights" and "strategy" have been added as new elements. The battle system familiar from past titles, such as "coordination" and "support," will also continue to be provided.
