Upcoming updates for PS4/Steam's Monster Hunter World: Iceborn! Additional monsters are coming soon!
Information about the upcoming free title update for the hunting action "Monster Hunter World: Iceborn" for PlayStation 4 and Steam has been released.
The "Monster Hunter" series is a hunting action game in which players face off against giant monsters in a magnificent natural setting. In "Monster Hunter: World," the latest title in the series, the first new title for a console in nine years, players become hunters who set foot on a "new continent" as part of a survey team and explore an unknown continent.
Roadmap 2020 for PS4
The roadmap for the PS4 version of "Monster Hunter World: Iceborn" in 2020 is as follows
■Jan.
Astera Festival [Thanksgiving Banquet]/Seriena Festival [Great Thanksgiving Banquet] will be held from January 24, 9:00 a.m. to February 14, 8:59 a.m.
February
・Event quests are scheduled to be distributed (quests that tend to produce gold crown size monsters, quests that make it easier to obtain ornaments, and quests that make it easier to raise master ranks [redistribution]).
March.
Third major title update (Ver. 13.00) featuring two special individual monsters to be delivered
・ Quests to obtain the Great Spirit Pulse Jade will be distributed
April
Title update (Ver. 13.50) to be distributed (new Rekishi Kings will appear, certain monsters will be Master Ranked, and the Stella Festival/Seriena Festival will be held)

The contents of the free title update for the Steam version of "Monster Hunter World: Iceborn" were also released.
■First free major title update
The contents of the first free major title update (Ver. 11.50.00), scheduled for distribution on Thursday, February 6, are as follows.
The first free major title update (Ver. 11.50.00), scheduled for delivery on Thursday, February 6, will include the following: ∙ Special missions added by the update will allow players to get closer to the newly discovered monster "Rajan".
New weapons and armor can be produced with materials obtained from the Rajan.
The event quest "RE: The Returning Biotic Disaster" will be held for a limited time from February 6, 2012, in which players must use a special condition called "zombie status" to clear the quest.
The "Tyrant" dress-up costume for the receptionist, as well as one-set armor for Leon and Claire, are also available.
The event quests "Eternal Dreams of Hunters II" and "Eternal Dreams of Hunters III" will be held from February 6 for a limited time to obtain the materials needed to produce the "EX Yurayura Neko Alpha" series of otomo armor and the "Dark Eagle" charge axe, which won the grand prize in the armor design contention test.
A new lineup of "layered equipment" that changes the look and feel of the body will be added to the game.
Some armor from "Monster Hunter: World" can be produced.

∙ "Urgent missions" will be available for a limited time to complete reconnaissance missions and cooperate with meeting area members to defeat the monster.
