Thus, the winner of the W-Amuro showdown was Toru Amuro of "Detective Conan" fame. He was the only one to win the dunce's heels with more than 1,000 votes. Although Toru Furuya's image of the character may differ depending on the generation of his fans due to his long career in the art world, Amuro is probably the most recent representative work of Furuya. In this sense, there may have been a relatively large number of votes from the younger generation.

In second place was Amuro Rei, who came in at the very last minute. It is indeed a great achievement for W. Amuro, who was considered to be unrivaled by any other character, to have gathered all the votes and come in second place.
